Poppa's Helper

After you get done playing in the pool and have a shower, what do you do next? If you are our granddaughter, you help poppa water the garden. She and poppa are the best of friends and she loves to help him, no matter what he's doing.

  1. Lucky little girl...relationships like this are what too many kids are missing today. Are you "back to school" yet? I go Wednesday...with mixed feelings, need the schedule but will miss my 'freedom'!

  2. OUr grand children are lucky aren't they? We are blessed to have great men in our lives to be Poppa's!! I can almost hear Poppa in the first picture because it seems I might have seen the same thing here..."that's right, you're doing a great job"!! I wish I would have experienced the love of a Poppa myself. It must just be magical for a little girl to feel so loved and be so "showered" with patience!

  5. What beautiful photos to cherish. There is nothing quite like watering the garden on a summer night... and, oh, how she's good at it. VERY thorough!! And who cares if she gets wet again, right!?
