I'm lost. I don't know what happened to my weight chart, so I don't know if if I'm up or down. I need my Christy to be keeping track of that for me like during the Biggest Loser challenge. I'm trying to get ready for a garage sale this weekend and my house is in total chaos. I'm not going to worry about it now. I have to leave for registration for school soon. I'm reasonably certain there was no major loss. I think I'd be happy with staying the same, whatever it was.
I think I gave a wrong impression last week when I posted. I gave some of the suggestions from the Sisterhood for changes to make. I didn't plan to try all those at once. I don't have that kind of willpower. What I have been faithful to this past week is the 30 minutes or more of exercise and taking my vitamin daily. I found that if I take it after dinner, it doesn't upset my stomach. You'd think at my age I could have figured that out years ago.
I start going back to work part time now and then full time on the 19th. I'm really looking forward to going back. Like I've said before, I do much better when I have a schedule and routine. I know how much time I have and when I have it. It just works so much better for me.
So that's the scoop for this week. We start a new challenge on September 1 and I'm ready. Hope everyone else is doing well and up for the new challenge.
Aw, don't be down! Doing just those two habits are great! And I know everything will be easier and better once you get back into the routine of things! No worries! Have a great day!
ReplyDeletei don't think any of us have the will power to do all of them. congrats being faithful to your goals. :)
ReplyDeleteWhy have I never been here before?? I'm sure I would remember it because I think we have much in common. I'm going to have to check out your place even more.
ReplyDeleteLike the haircut! And your pictures!
I'm with you on the schedule thing -- I only work 2-3 days a week, and I do sooo much better on those days. And I think taking it slow is good - work on a couple of good habits until you have those down, and then add more slowly. Sounds like you're doing great.
ReplyDeleteI think you are doing great, so don't beat yourself up too bad. I've been trying but I think I need a swift kick in the pants to really step it up a notch or two. I want to come to your garage sale. Send your address to my email address and the date and times.
ReplyDeleteWe must be related or something. I have to take my multivitamin with dinner, too, or it upsets my stomach. (The Flintstones kind didn't do that. But I was told I had to take the grown-up kind now.) But I think you're doing awesome and you look fabulous!
ReplyDeleteHey lady! I'm sorry you lost your chart :( I'm sure you're down!!
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you're getting back into your routine, and I know things will look up for you soon. Congrats on sticking with your 30 minutes of exercise and vitamin taking. I've been doing so-so on my new habits, but I'm not giving up.
I MISS YOU!!!!
Great job sticking with the exercise and vitamins - great habits to work on! :)
ReplyDeleteGood for you for exercising 30 minutes a day and taking that vitamin! I took my prenatal this morning, instead of at night like I usually do, I have been sick to my tummy all day now!
ReplyDeleteSticking with 2 new healthy habits is major. You're doing great!
ReplyDeleteGreat job on the exercise! I need to check out the sisterhood....you told me about it before but I forgot. I have been exercising regularly this summer and hope to continue it when I start back to work in a few weeks.
